1.1 Custom Engraved Products: Due to the personalized nature of our custom engraved products, we are unable to offer refunds unless the item received is incorrect, damaged, or defective. To be eligible for a refund, you may be required to provide photographic evidence of the issue.
1.2 Non-Customized Products: For non-customized products, we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the item is returned in its original condition, unused, and with all packaging materials intact. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong item).
